Choosing your impact level

Not every workout puts the same strain on you, so we build across three levels instead of one generic "sports bra."

• Low impact — yoga, walking, stretching, desk-to-gym days. Lightly padded or non-padded, soft cotton bra, no compression bulk.
• Medium impact — cycling, strength training, dance. Adjustable straps, moderate compression, padded options for shape under a tee.
• High impact — running, HIIT, court sports. Full compression, wide zip-front or racerback construction, built to stop bounce, not just reduce it.

Padded, non-padded, or compression — what's the actual difference

A padded sports bra adds shape and covers for cooler weather or thinner tees — ours are lightly padded, not built up, so they don't trap heat. A non-padded sports bra is the cotton, breathable choice for hot days and high-rep training, where you want fabric doing the work, not foam. A compression sports bra flattens rather than shapes — the right call for high-impact cardio, less so if you're a C-cup or above, where encapsulation actually holds better than compression alone.

Built for heat, not just for the gym

Chennai humidity is harder on elastic and fabric than most international sizing guides account for. Our cotton-spandex and moisture-wicking blends are tested for two things before they ship: does the band hold its shape through 50 washes, and does the fabric actually dry between sets instead of just claiming to. That's also why we build zip-front and seamless options — less friction, less chafing, on a body that's actually sweating.

Fit notes

For heavy bust or high-impact training, look for full coverage and wide underband — compression-only bras flatten instead of support above a C-cup. If you're between sizes, size up on the band and check the cup with our calculator; a loose band is the single most common sports bra fit mistake we see.
